Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets allowed pet home.
Maximum adult weight is 80 pounds.
Vaccination records are required.
Photo of pet is required.
Breed restrictions apply.
Non-refundable pet fee is $150
The pet deposit is $150
Monthly pet rent of $35

Restricted Breeds include:
Akita, Belgian Malinois, Cane Carso, German Shepard, Doberman, American Bull Dog, Pit Bull Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, Great Dane, Mastiff, and Wolf Hybrid.

Pet Amenities:
Pet Washing Station

As a pet-friendly community, all dogs require up-to-date rabies vaccine documentation and certification of the dog's breed from a veterinarian. A current local license number and photo of each pet are required before pet move-in. * Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of this pet policy.
